My Fiery Valentine

MY FIERY VALENTINE is a novella length story line found in Donna Grant’s contemporary, adult DARKS KINGS paranormal/fantasy romance series. This is the continuing story of copper Dragon King Vlad aka V, and his mate Claire. MY FIERY VALENTINE can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary. SOME BACKGROUND: For thousands of years the Dragon Kings were lead to believe that conceiving a child with a woman of another species would always end in miscarriage or stillbirth but Claire and V’s pregnancy had been manipulated by the former Queen of the Dark Fae Useail, a manipulation that was intended to kill both mother and child. Told from dual third person perspectives (Claire and V) MY FIERY VALENTINE follows one day in the life of copper Dragon King Vlad, and his mate Claire, several weeks after the birth of their daughter Pearl. It was Valentine’s Day and Claire wasn’t feeling very beautiful or romantic until an unplanned trip to the spa with the mates of the other Dragon Kings, gave Claire a new hope an evening alone spent with her King. As the other Dragons and their mates argued over who would be best suited to look after baby Pearl, both Claire and Vlad make preparations for a romantic evening together. MY FIERY VALENTINE is a quick read; a sweet and sexy, fast paced story of romance and love between two people whose path going forward has been changed by the machinations of evil, machinations that have lead to a hope for the future for all of the Dragon Kings and their mates.

This is a beautifully written Valentine's Novella from Dreagan. Loved being able to catch up w/ those from Dreagan, especially V and Claire who were put thru hell and came thru it together and gained their beautiful daughter Pearl. A child at last at Dreagan. This is a short sweet read that just melts the heart. It is always a delight to read the "after-the-happily-ever-after" story. I love these short Novellas Donna Grant puts out that lets us catch up with the Dragon Kings.

V may be a big, powerful, Dragon King but he is putty in the hands of his lady love! Claire is his all and he'll show her just how much on the day he shares with the patron saint of Lovers! V isn't scared to admit that he needs help and calls in every fellow king to help him craft Claire's perfect V-Day! OMW - this King knows just how to make sure that his mate knows exactly how much he loves and adores her and their little treasure! But at the same time Claire has drafted in her sisters-from-other-misters to do just the same for V. He's always made her the centre of his world and she wants to show him just how much she loves him for it. Good grief this pair are sweet, smexy and oh, so perfect together.
